The best thing to do is hire a aggressive lawyer that handles sex cases. Have the attorney file a bunch of motions to let the prosecutor know he is serious. If they do not drop the case then plead not guilty and ask for a trial. There is a very good chance they will drop the case then. This a good lesson on why it is best to remain silent. If you are caught in a lie then it give the prosecution a stronger case.

I would not worry about this too much. I think any Lawyer will do. I am not a Lawyer but I do know this much. The arresting officer cannot not come into court and take the stand against you say " I swear this is what the pro told us, that they where about or had already engaged in illegal activity. " That is he say she say stuff and that don't fly to well in court. They need a collaborating witness (SW that turned you in) to take the stand against you in court.

From my experience SW don't even make their own court dates when their freedom is on the line. They are always getting picked up on failure to Appear charges, now do you think they will show up in 3 month for your court date like a good citizen prim and proper ready to do their civic duty?

This is why in stings they use a female cop, they are outstanding member of society that can are believable and will "show up" to court testify against you.

Don't plea, don't take community service. These tactics are meant to inconvenience you and intimidate you into a plea deal. No witness in court to collaborate and back the police up, then you walk free. Yea you are embarrassed and now there is a paper trail of your misdeeds, but you will go free.

Thanks to a hook up, Kandii reached out to me on Tuesday. Set up a date for Thursday. She kind of blew up my phone with numerous texts and I was beginning to regret giving her my number. Good advise by Loomy. The intent of the arresting office was to lock you overnight, get your vehicle towed, then inconvenience you with layer fees. The officer won, even without you going to court. I must say that is rare to slap a person with multiple charges for merely picking up a hooker. Typically, the judge will drop a couple of the lesser charges. Hire a lawyer if you do not want a criminal record.

Why would anybody talk to LE under any circumstances? I don't care what they may or may not get a girl to say, I'm saying nothing except "I want to talk to a lawyer".

I thought early reports said she was only in town for a couple days while waiting for rescue to go home. Guess that didn't pan out. Drove through the intersection last night around 2 am and they where both walking across the street. Drove bu Northern parkway and York Road today. Pulled over and waved for her to come to me. I asked her to get into my car and she said that she couldn't do that because it was not safe. Traffic was blowing behind me and I had to park to continue to talk to her. I gave her a drink and a muffin. Before I decided to leave Bmore, I saw two targets of interest, both on Ramsey. The first target was the well built WSW that I reported on about a month ago. I saw her coming out of a rowe house on S Cole st, between S Mount and S Fulton on left hand side as your driving toward Fulton. She was walking up Ramsey with a black guy holding a lot of grocery bags, she had some too. I followed from a distance to make sure I wasn't seen by them. I wanted to make sure it was the same WSW I saw before. It definitely was, they went in the same row house I saw her walk out of. My guess is the poor guy is trying to turn a Ho into a housewife.

2nd target was a mystery to me as far as race, but, on the civi scale she's a 10 . She had light brown skin, full ravaness jet black hair, bright red lip stick, a light colored pair of ass hugging blue jeans with a sweet onion booty underneath. She was definitely not white, definitely not all black either. She could have been Hispanic. Whatever she is, she's smoking hot! I saw some black kid on a bike riding next to her, I guess he was trying to talk to her, she was walking and conversing with him, but she never turned her head his way to acknowledge him. I watched her walk until she sat down on a stoop in front of a rowe house between S Gilmore and S Parrish on the right hand side just before you go down the hill on Ramsey , some older black guy was sitting down next to her talking with her when I drove by . I looked over at them , he gave me a nasty look , she just grinned .

Any info on this female would be greatly appreciated. Again, I am not sure if she's a SW or not. Never seen her before.

After several months absence due to the riots, I checked out the strolls today. I met up with Miss BECKY- ON wash blvd. WHO IS SPORTING B CUPS WITH 45 CALIBER SIZED NIPPLES. Ii found out she delivered a kid 2 weeks before and was still healing from it. Her lactating tits were still sore and did not want any attention paid to them. , She had a large bruise on her left tit. Grabbed Krystle for an afternoon workout, hadn't seen her in awhile so we did some catching up on the way to. The local store for a refreshing beverage. A couple of Brooklyn ' s finest ladies have moved down to the MP area to make their money as well. Becky had her baby not long ago and I also saw her out and on the job yesterday, got to get right back to work I guess but I will give it some time for the vag to snap back into shape before I try it again. Anyway back to Krystle, got to my spot and got the standard 1/2 & 1/2 with the moaning and cumming for no extra charge. Her situation is wearing her down and it seems like it's becoming more difficult for her to keep up good hygiene practices. For those that say no hookers on Crain hyw, saw Summer working just down from Empire towers. I have seen May, Marcey, Christine and few others walking or standing waiting on the bus from as far away asNorth Ave. They take the lite rail to Cromwell and then bus to clinic Aquhart rd or Furnace Branch rd by JBA body shop.
