After several months absence due to the riots, I checked out the strolls today. I met up with Miss BECKY- ON wash blvd. WHO IS SPORTING B CUPS WITH 45 CALIBER SIZED NIPPLES. I have seen May, Marcey, Christine and few others walking or standing waiting on the bus from as far away asNorth Ave. They take the lite rail to Cromwell and then bus to clinic Aquhart rd or Furnace Branch rd by JBA body shop. A well known SW gave me up after they grilled us by the car separately for almost two hours. 5'o said they let go whoever tells the truth first. Anyway, anyone with an experience that knows a good defense lawyer please PM me. FYI, condition of release was to never set foot at TT notell, until case is resolved. I'm fucked. BTW I looked everywhere and couldn't find anything about it on the paper or news. Don't they make these charges public after arrest?

I would not worry about this too much. I think any Lawyer will do. I am not a Lawyer but I do know this much. The arresting officer cannot not come into court and take the stand against you say " I swear this is what the pro told us, that they where about or had already engaged in illegal activity. " That is he say she say stuff and that don't fly to well in court. They need a collaborating witness (SW that turned you in) to take the stand against you in court.

From my experience SW don't even make their own court dates when their freedom is on the line. They are always getting picked up on failure to Appear charges, now do you think they will show up in 3 month for your court date like a good citizen prim and proper ready to do their civic duty?

This is why in stings they use a female cop, they are outstanding member of society that can are believable and will "show up" to court testify against you.

Don't plea, don't take community service. These tactics are meant to inconvenience you and intimidate you into a plea deal. No witness in court to collaborate and back the police up, then you walk free. Yea you are embarrassed and now there is a paper trail of your misdeeds, but you will go free.

I usually pass that area at least 3 to 4 times a week. The guy seems to be out there more than the girl. Next time I will have to just park and talk to either of them. I will offer the guy a reward for info on the girl if she is not around. LOL.

Forgot to mention this the other day, but, with all the LE talk going on, I thought this was really funny. While I was waiting for Jules / Jewelz at Pierre's to finish her date, Pierre, Kiara and I had a conversation about LE activity around some of the rent a room houses. Pierre said most of the places get shut down because they let drug boys hang out inside, and let the girls get high, that's why he doesn't allow that shit at his place . He said the only reason cops come to his place is to ask if he's seen a particular SW.

The one story he told that had me cracking up was the time he said he fell asleep on the couch with the screen door unlocked and woke up to a plain clothes policeman walking down the steps zipping up his pants with a date following behind him. He waved at Pierre and walked out the door.
