The Q-tip is the older traditional method, most HMOs and Planned Parenthood clinics do the urine test for chlamydia and gonorrhea. It's very well possible to see symptoms within 24 to 48 hours just from oral, I experienced one night mongering about 10 pm I got a BBBJ and by lunch time the next day I had discharge and I hadn't been with no one else in 3 weeks so I knew where it came from. Believe it or not now I keep some strong Mouth Wash Listerine with me and I make them rinse they mouth out real good first before the session start. REALLY 14 Hours? Any ways each person is different and according to the CDC and some other reputable medical sites symptoms typically appear between two and 14 days and can take as long as 30 Days.

I've gotten the clap from oral sex several times over the 30 years I've been playing. I have never noticed symptoms within 24 hours. Could you have gotten infected about 5 - 7 days prior? Let us know the outcome.

I don't remember an exact time on the symptoms; I think it was around 36 hours. (The Sunday stench comment was more of a general "she ain't as clean as she should be" statement.) Sara's been my only sexual contact in the past several months, so there's no doubt in my mind it's from her. I did a quick run-through of Dundalk after I left the clinic this morning (didn't think she'd be out that early, but I just took the long way to work), and I'll try to find her after work tonight to hand off the ol' Health Department Blue Card. (They confirmed gonorrhea, and I'll go back next Thursday to see if I have anything else.).

Unforgiven, I'm not terribly observant, even though I've seen Sara 5 or 6 times (it's always at night, and my mind is usually preoccupied), but I'll try my best on a description.
