From my research, your investigation does not appear correct.

You were concerned that someone was charged with Prositution Felony, and a high bond just for hooking, and you read that someone who has HIV and is arrested for Prositution is charged with a Felony.

In Florida, according to statue 796.07, the third and subsequent arrest for prostitution is felony third degree.

Each time someone is arrested for prostitution they are screened for STD's.

If that person is arrested later for prostitution, having known they tested positive in the past for STD, it is also a felony, statute 796.08.

According to the country clerk site the person in question has 4 prostituion charges, the third and fourth being felony 3rd degree, statute 796.07 for both of those. It does not list 796.08, which could be any STD from the clap to HIV, it does not in any way single out HIV if they are charged with 796.08.

Unless you can point to where she was charged with that statute, I would say this claim is untrue.

I know a senior member informed me when inquired about it. I am not willing to play roulette if is not true. Too many other providers out there. Perfect example to think with the big brain and not with the other one. LL AND SS.

I personally had a close brush with a very highly recommend provider. It was a slip, and one that I will not repeat. She's no longer working, or I'd probably have to mention something.

I know girls start lots of rumors. I recall a conversation from a few months ago where it was claimed to be a matter of record and a few people here reported confirming that, so would like to see how they knew this, if those people could chime in.

Is that kind of thing a matter of public record? If so, please share where to search, I would search against every BP girl! But medical records should be private, unless its the county testing them when they're arrested, but I've never seen that when I have searched.

I know when I checked their Sheriffs arrest website and saw a mugshot of a girl I recognized from BP, it listed that she had tested positive for an std, but didn't say which. But that's still something.
