I have been in the Sugar Bowl for exactly 1 year and here is my economic segmentation:

Latex Economic Scale:

LES 1: Generally uneducated only high school or college drop outs. Work in the service industry (food, hair, retail). Less than 15 K per year income. Constantly worried about rent, gas money, food money, party money.

LES 2: These SBs are in college and have the basics taken care of by loans, grants, parents. They have part time jobs to supplement their income. They want for nails, hair cuts, travel money, concert money, etc. Less than 15 K per year.

LES 3: This includes college grads that realize that degrees in fashion design, liberal arts, social work etc. Are do not lead to a career. They generally do find jobs but make less than 35 K. Their income only pays for rent, food, car, loans they have no money for fun or buying stuff. The men they meet expect them to split the check mostly because they don't make much either.

LES 4: These women are educated and work but due to a divorce and kids they have trouble making ends meet. They usually get child support payments but their total income is between 20 K - 50 K. Strippers also fall in this category.

LES 5: College educated and in careers that pay 40 K - 75 K, they have major loans to pay off. The men their age do not spoil them.

LES 6: Have well paying jobs 50 K - 120 K. They just seek NSA fun and companionship, maybe a long term relationship.

I have run into all 6 LES levels and find that 3 and 4 seem to be the most desirable from my perspective.

LES 1 are Flakes, LES 2 are a bit spoiled, LES 5 request high allowance.

LES 6 can be fun but hard to find.

Looking at the source of the "Reply" page, it appears that the site is TRYING to load a reply editing plugin called "CKEditor", which is supposed to give you that nice Word-like editing experience. Something about that process must be breaking pretty badly, though. All we're getting is a mangled textbox instead.

For those of you who have been posting on USA for a long time (like, say, HollywoodGuy): has it always been like this, or did things noticeably break at some point?

I suppose I can report a problem to the site, but who knows if / when it'll be fixed.

My best luck has been with them. Law students are a particular strength for me. . Also note that graduate students often have more flexible schedules, which accommodates the daytime play many of us need. They often do not have family or children, and are in transition in their career and geographical path so have no need or desire for a permanent relationship. Finally, they do not have extensive social networks or active social lives where they are out many nights or weekends getting hit on or meeting guys. It all combines with they financial needs, school stress, and career uncertainty into a heady brew of young women that are ripe for no strings fun with a smart and handsome older man that satisfies their needs.

I'd say this pretty much covers it, but there is another category to add that is a hybrid.

The Graduate Student! Especially those over 25. They have had a few years of LES 2 & 3 and realized they wanted more out of life and eventually want to be LES 6's. Much less flaky than undergrad girls, often have internships or research work that puts them further in the financial hole and are mature enough to know what this really is and have been fucked enough to know how much they like it and may even be sex maniacs looking to get some cash for their lust.
