As I am not originally from Florida I have to travel to Daytona for work this coming week for a few days. I decided to leave early and spend the weekend there since it has been many years since I have traveled to a beach. I know there may be better / nicer beach options but this one works with my schedule.

I have been looking online for a decent club to go to Saturday night. Not a biker bar, not a strip club, but a place to mingle, have a few drinks and dance. I am having a hard time finding one. Any suggestions?

Also looking for some higher end steak houses and japanese restaurants. Does anyone have to suggest?

Which part of the beach is the nicest / cleanest. I am thinking more Ormond from what I have reasearched.

Today on my lunch break I got some yummy tandoori chicken from taste of India. They have a lot of vegan dishes on the menu to. There are so many affordable good eats down here by my job. The fl mall area is covered with mom and pops places for all your tastes.

I'm not much of a network television fan, but saw the pilot. It looks like it may become an interesting storyline as the series moves along. Had to laugh remembering how much of a taboo subject marijuana was back in the 60's and 70's.

I am into like the 6th episode and they keep getting better and better!! I was worried that the focus was going to be just on Manson but that plays only a part in everything. It is a really good watch. Hoping it comes back for a season 2!
