I so wanted to take a picture of this, but, when I was slowing down to take a picture, the cop on the scene waved me on around the corner. At the intersection of S Payson and Eagle st there was a post office delivery vehicle parked front end into the curb. I saw a fire truck and ambulance across the way when I was making a left onto Wilkins from S Payson, but, they had everything blocked so you couldn't see what was going on. After they left I could see it was a mail delivery truck that was at the center of whatever happened. There was a undercover grey PT Cruiser in the middle of the street flashing along with a regular city cop car. If anyone knows the circumstances behind what was going on, enlighten us all.
