There is lots of panceta it's what gets turned into bacon but it's not the same.

I love wafflehouse. They have these jalapeno biscuits that are bomb!! Make an egg sandwich on one. Soooo good.

Love their grits. They are so thick!

I used to get hash browns with sausage gravy on top. With two dippy eggs on it. I do miss sausage gravy!!

On Sand Lake Road in Orlando, we have a restaurant called Vines, during Happy Hour the bar serves bacon instead of peanuts.

You will never hear me challenge anything on the Berns' menu. That place is definitely a one-of-a-kind experience. Just my opinion but it is the best restaurant in Florida.
