What is tipping protocol for 4 hands? (I know dumb neewbie question)!

If you tip 40 for 1 lady then you should tip 40 for each on a 4 hand so 80 total. They each spend the hour with you but maybe if only one is involved with the end result she should get a little more, maybe 40/30. I always give each one the same but that's just me.

Just walked in and then walked out. Was greeted by 50 ish, heavy Asian woman. There was a language barrier, but she gave me no hint that there was none there I wanted to have give me a table shower.
