Actually saw her get in the car Ceph. It may be new to philly but I will share a little unfortunate experience from the past. In a city just south of here in the land of Nitetimer many years ago along route 40 I was trolling. Saw a cute BSW with tight sweats on so I make the loop comeback we convo with her at the window no business talk. She gets in as we pull around the corner we talk business I make it to the end of the block and an undercover car pulls in front of me and one pulls up behind me blocking me in. Shorty gets out of my car and 4 sec later I am face down on my hood with handcuffs on. Long story short I ended up in the police command RV that night that is in a parking lot couple if blocks over from the track being booked with about 20 other mongers. Spent 4 nights in central booking before I got out. Expensive lesson learned on my part but learned none the less.

Question #1: While you were talking to her, before you started to talk business, there was no hint or suggestion that she wasn't who you thought she was?

Question #2: Did LE state that the girl you picked up was a bona fide paid policewomen and not just an informant. Is it possible that you incriminated yourself at some point which would then allow LE to fuck with you?

Question #3: You do know that you do not have to talk business until you are comfortable doing so?

Question #4: What were the final charges? Sometimes they will try to scare you and if you do not give in they drop the charges to loitering.

Law enforcements can stop you after the pickup with a known SW and if you incriminate yourself they then have options. They can lock you both up, lock her up and let your go or they can let her go and lock you up. They can let the girl go and keep an eye on her in hopes of grabbing another sucker.

I never talk business until I have driven at least two or three blocks. Even then, I never mention sex. Over the years I have developed a routine that allows me to get to where I want to go without mentioning a sex act.

It is always their word against yours / ours, unless she is wired. At any rate, the decoy can always lie and say you propositioned her. If she does not get in, right away, I pull off. Even so, LE can still pull you over and ask questions like, "What did you say to that girl? Why did you pull over? What are you doing in this neighborhood where prostitutes hang out?" They can even tell you that they will not arrest you if you just tell the truth. Once you say the wrong thing, wham, off to the lockup.

It's possible this is happening. Supposedly this happened in St Petersburg Fl. The cops pulled the guy and decoy almost within the same block. Chances are that the cops are only allowing to john and decoy to go no more than a block or less. The only good thing about this is that there will be a lot more LE around. So this will make them much easier to spot.

Like you said after I saw this I really got paranoid and on next loop noticed in this area on the side streets always about 5 or 6 car lengths back was a marked car just sitting with the cop in it but with the red and blue running lights philly uses off. Maybe it's just me but the whole thing just seemed wrong as hell. Not to mention saw the same tow companies truck towing another car from same area about 20 min later. Just too many coincidences!

Per bolded parts above: Did you really see this girl (decoy) get into the car or any car? Or was she talking to him through the window?

If memory serves, this would be new for Philly streets. LE actually getting into a car. (The safety risks for the UCLE are VERY high). It would violate Rule #9.

Alternatively, she could have been back on the street rapidly because she & the monger couldn't come to terms for poetry reading?

I've been robbed twice using backpage, just within the last 6 months (the typical dude comes out of nowhere routine "WTF are you doing with my girlfriend" it's not worth getting into an argument over, variance is variance, write that sh*t off).

But I've never once been robbed on the street.

Misled? Yes.

Lied to? Yes.

Conned? Yes.

Upsold? Yes yes yes.

Robbed, NO.

Just because you're trolling around a low-income area, don't assume everyone is a thief.

Maybe I'm just lucky but I've never been robbed at a 10 dollar spot. My experience is it's usually SSI / section 8/ squatters whatever people leasing the space and renting it out to girls in exchange for a few dollars and / or product.

I understand everyone's "spidey senses" are different, but in my experience:

No, you're not going to get robbed, you're not that special.

No, the girl you're talking to isn't LEO, you're not that important.

Pretty sure vice is doing a sting op up on the K tonight. Saw a cutie in biker shorts and a grey top real healthy looking at E Harold E Albert area. Made the loop when I came back she was getting picked up by a monger No loss saw another in a cute little dress. Went to go make the block (5 min tops) and the cutie with the grey top and little black shorts is back. Spidery sense a tingling I go down towards Lehigh and a tow truck pops out of oakdale! Couldn't be sure but it looked like the car she got into. So go a little further north and at clear field I see a brunette that I like so I make the block and come up Clearfield and at the big parking lot before you get to Kensington there are 5 cars lined up in parking spaces with an unmarked can sitting parallel to them and there are a bunch of under overs with flashlights going through the cars. Unless they all lost something at the same time I don't know but you have been warned.

Yes I was going through there yesterday between 5 - 6 pm and saw shorty with the black biker shorts. Fortunately I didn't have any chips on hand, so I didn't pursue her. Glad as hell I didn't. She looked good as hell too.

Hey guys, just a quick question. So the past 2 X I met new and different ladies and both around huntington stn. Both suggested we go to this guys house close by who charges 10 bucks to use a room. Spidey senses told me to say no (setup to rob eg.) Both girls were legit as I had good car sessions. Curious, anyone heard of this $10 use-a-room spot, is it legit or should I listen to spidey?

I would listen to spidey. Unless you get a recommendation from a fellow monger who has first-hand knowledge of a "safe" ten-dollar spot, I'd stay away. That's not to say they don't exist. You just need good Intel before you attempt something potentially dangerous.

Ran into my old friend, Sabrina. Got a quickie in the car for 6*. I was pressed for time and wished I could have got top and bottom but perhaps I'll catch her on the way back from Delaware. The 22 rules are truly effective for maintaining your safety, and not totally screwing up (and away) the rest of your life. They are a must for mongering in the city, Camden, Wilmington / New Castle and Newark DE, however, up until recently, the "burbs" were far less dangerous. "Quality of life crimes" are being prosecuted at a
far higher rate than ever before, because PA and the Federal Government have released more money to municipalities for policing, and they tend to go after the lowest fruit on the tree.

Should you decide to "hit the burbs", especially the northern one's, be careful, be aware, and most importantly, try to maintain control of the situation by utilizing the head atop your shoulders, versus his southern counterpart.

They're using female decoys in Montco, Delco, Berks, and Chester Counties. Just about every AMP has closed, or has moved their business to another location, which is a story for another day.

You are demonstrating a key ignorance that is gunna get you in trouble. {In this case I mean ignorance = lack of education} But never fear, there is education available right here on this website. It is up to you to seek it out and learn from it.

My first post which is relevant to you is 5928, then look at 5932 and 5933. You have some work to do. Pay particular attention to the questions in 5932 - if you can't answer those as you drive.... Look: Mongering looks easy, but good & safe mongering takes some learning to "do right. " Respect that, like any new skill, it takes some time & energy to get proficient.

The one thing that I will say that is good for you, is that you recognized that you might have been doing something wrong and did come her and ask for help. Good for you! The dudes who are too shy to ask or their egos too big to admit some ignorance are the ones who will end up a statistic.

So do some learning on your own and then come back and ask again. I learned the easy way. By asking "dumb" questions on these threads. The gents were kind enough to recognize my ignorance and help out. Hope you do the same.

It is just about the time LE runs its annual clean up the street campaign. Wrong time to be ignorantly shouting "how much" out a car window! LOL!

I seen a cute SW today walking around Cumberland and Jasper, so I pulled over to get her attention. When she came to my car, I asked her how much and she said "I'm good. " and continued to walk down the block, I'm assuming she's a SW since by the end of the block she was chit chatting with a guy through his car window and ended up leaving with him.
