Stopped here earlier today for a 30 min massage at Oxford. Called when I was on the way and was told they weren't busy, arrived 15 minutes later to a full parking lot and just assumed the nail place was busy. Wrong! Asked again when paying door fee and was reassured they weren't busy. So he either got stood up at Oxford too or was on some kind of bender.
