I really don't care what people do in the privacy of their own home. It's their business and none of mine. That guy on that KHON piece that said he felt "safer" should worry that the police and government are making decisions about morality that adults should be making amongst themselves. But then again, maybe he doesn't want to think for himself. There's responsibilities and consequences that come with that.

Crimes are against people and property. So long as it doesn't hurt anyone, damage anything or cause cruelty to animals (I have a soft spot for pets), I don't see a problem. If two people reach a mutual agreement as to what to do with each other, that's their business. If someone decides their thing is indulging in a chemical compound of some kind, again, that's their business. If someone decides that some guy nailed to a cross came back to life like a walker on The Walking Dead, hey, that's your business. The only rule I think the police and government should enforce in cases like this is my right to be left alone -- from them and from people who want to impose their morality on me.

Of course, Hawaii is the last state in the union that I'd ever expect libertarianism to take off in. For whatever reason, people don't care that businesses can't thrive there, they don't care about that crazy excise tax or that the state income tax is the highest in the nation. They don't seem to question the police about anything, even in cases where it's warranted like this.

    Prostitute

Most people like orgasms, even if it's with someone they don't like.).

As George Carlin said: "I don't understand why prostitution is illegal. Selling is legal. F*cking is legal. Why isn't selling f*cking legal? You know, why should it be illegal to sell something that's perfectly legal to give away? I can't follow the logic on that one at all! Of all the things you can do, giving someone an orgasm is hardly the worst thing in the world. In the army they give you a medal for spraying napalm on people! In civilian life you go to jail for giving someone an orgasm! Maybe I'm not supposed to understand it. ".

Huh? Prostitute (noun) is just another word to describe a *****. If you want to use it as a verb, then it is "to devote to corrupt or unworthy purposes. " I am not sure how marriage, schooling, or your work has any relevance to the terminology.

And by all estimates, George Carlin's quote does not apply in 77 countries where prostitution is legal. Including some places in the USA where prostitution is either legal or tolerated (such as in Hawaii) where the legislature in its infinite wisdom (thank you Democrats) has removed all teeth associated with enforcing prostitution laws so that AMP's can provide us mongers with finite pleasures.

    Just saying.

    I agree with you completely.

I would like to suggest a topic that I find extremely interesting. You know how there is all these LGBT calling for gay marriage as a human right and blah blah blah. Well, I would support it if they also allow marriage beyond 2 people, for example 3+ people marriages.

The reason being that it is also a human right to marry (which essentially just living together for the most part), with more than 2 people. The idea of polygamy being immoral is no different gays being immoral. It is all a product of religious influences. Who is to say that gay marriage is human rights but a polyamory marriage isn't a human rights?

All in all, I see eventually society removing the vocabulary, at least legally, the word marriage. If marriage doesn't need to be defined or used in practice, then all sexual activities are legal because it is the most goddamn natural thing to do is to fucking have sex!

Buying a new car for your new fling is "wow, you are so nice", but paying $$ for your new fling is illegal?

***** please, the logic is flawed in so many levels that, I think it is not in God we trust, but more like in god we rust.

At first I thought maybe he was subtly giving a message that he didn't care about prosecuting gambling and prostitution cases and he was setting the defense up to win the cases. Now I think he's someone who's just incompetent with a staff that has a similar level of competence -- because there's no excuse for a prosecutor's office to lose track of rape cases.
He is a loser. He tried doing something similar in the 80's with the hostess bars, especially the Vietnamese bars and was spectacularly unsuccessful. Lots of cases thrown out.

You know, I have a feeling there are plenty of guys in uniform who really don't have a problem with AMPs. But when it comes to keeping their jobs, they are no different than the rest of us. Have to follow policy and 'save face' in public.

Seems like they're just trying to make it look like they are doing work so they don't get canned.

Also, is this law still legal for 5. 0 to have sex with AAMP girls? If, yes it makes it easier for them to do undercover at these.

    Establishments.

I'd feel safer if I lived in a community where the police and government didn't decide what was and wasn't acceptable "moral" behavior.

What a douche. I bet he's getting blown by trannies in the back of a dumpster.

How exactly was this impacting him? This entire charade is all activists painting their version of events. I'm convinced that half of people's emotional distress is self-inflicted because of what they are taught to believe and how they are conditioned to respond.

But for a house fee and a tip, she could go dive into that muff as well. Or hell, if strapping it on and pretending she's a guy is her thing (and it wouldn't surprise me if it was), most of those girls would be amenable to that as well. Why is she so angry?

Oh right, because she's saving all these women from being "trafficked. " There's no way a woman could decide that the best way to make a living is to sell what everyone else is giving away for free. It has to be some man that's behind it.

For a "feminist" that has to be the most condescending assumption anyone can make.

But then again, I'm sure Xian is all about making the facts fit her particular worldview.

Feminist witnessing the arrests of our hapless asian sexy female "victims" basically goes on to say why you no go arrest those men, just a broken record now LOL. Now the backlash is instead of the men being punished, its female sexual harassment as the charges on the "victims" she is trying to rescue in her disguised attempts to go after johns.
