Some of them have an ignore text that gives details and serves as a screening mechanism. Depending on what it said she may have been expecting you to call her. There are also times where they are with a customer so can't immediately response but will hit ignore which trigger the text. I doubt it was LE related but you never know. I have had that happen a few times myself with providers. What I learned, in my case, was the phones being used were the pre-paid type. My understanding is it is free for text but talking uses the minutes up. Had me worried myself a few times. When it happens now, I text them they have to meet me at a side door or something before I will come in. Granted hearing their voice doesn't mean they aren't LE but it helps to know it isn't a man trying to set you up either.
