You can switch your number as often as you need to. Pick any area code as yours. Try for a short period without a big investment. Who wants to carry a second phone or need to hode it from a SO?

I bought a Freedompop phone (Galaxy s2) off of eBay for cheap. Their free monthly plan includes 500 texts, 200 voice minutes, and 500 MB of data. That's enough for me at my level of mongering. No bill, no additional cost. They have cheap plans available if you need more.

Finally broke into the backpage world with this dream. After my first ever dream with Mya, I went back and RTFF and tried to ready myself. I saw that she had been legitimized by a regular on the board previously so I took the plunge.

First attempt to connect was easy, text, she asked a few filter questions and agreed to meet. When I got to the spot for the second call, she never replied to call or text. I was bummed.

Second attempt a week later, same set up text then call when close. Her incall is a private residence in Clinton Township not far from the courthouse area. This time three calls, local major intersection, then she led me to her street, then called again and she gave me the house number. I must have drove her block 3 times just checking things out. Every SUV was a potential LEO unmarked and I was nervous. Her directions were to come in the front door which had the hair on the back of my neck standing up. I knocked, then tried the knob but it was locked. I went back to the car, called and she said I was at the wrong door. The house is set up as aparments with mulitple doors. Tried again, success and she opened the door to her place as soon as I walked in.

I monger because it's easier for me as a full time single dad with no time or interest in dating. Anyways, once I was in her room she started laying down the rules and letting me know how she planned on conducting our visit. This was fine, even appreciated as I was very nervous. Last time I did my research, I thought I will buy a phone out of eBay and load it with at prepaid Sim with pay per use. But instead went to Walmart picked a virgin mobile paid cash (never use cards). No return policy on many for mobile, so double check before buy on cash.

As long as you don't involve in crime, you should be okay.

Hobby phone helps more of limiting the non sense calls from providers. Except that I am no James bond and cops have tons of valid work to do.

I am a occasional hobbyist and I figure that it is time to bet a hobby phone. Any advice for me? Of course I don't want to spend much on it so I am thinking that I will get it at Walmart. I won't use it too often, would prefer that it has a touch screen with easy texting. Which ones have minute / data cards that don't expire every month?

Any advice would be much apreciated and it doesn't have to be limited to Walmart either.

Consider the phone app "Burner" . You can hide the app button in a grouping and or if ever discovered claim its used for buying and selling on Craigslist rather trying to explain a second phone.
