That would be great. I've seen Yumi a few times (long time ago) when she was in newton. But when I did some recon on this place just before December, I saw LEO parked out back talking to a tall blonde guy. I passed by three times noticing a very casual conversation between the two. There is a store next to it so maybe he was from there, but it spooked me enough to stay away.

It's her word against the cop's. There's a contention of fact and it is the province of the court to determine which party is more credible. Sworn officer of the law vs. Accused, whom do you think the court will believe?

While LE has some leeway in the jurisdiction of their duty, they can touch a woman, but can not grope or get fully nude, or partake in sexual service offered, that is against the law as much for them as it is for you or me.

If she did actually give him a HE that is against the law & he can be charged & prosecuted, I doubt a HE happened, probably more of an offer which seems more likely & that is enough evidence to bring charges against someone. There was also TSA agents that were fired for groping & fondling, not sure if they will be prosecuted.

As for who the courts will believe, that really is situational & depends on the preponderance of evidence.

While I can't say who the courts will believe in this case, I can say that I've had a LE sectional supervisor say the exact same thing to me,"if it goes to court who do you think they'll believe".

I kept my mouth shut & when the case went to court it was dismissed & thrown out cause they had no evidence.

I do tend to agree with you that in general the courts usually side with LE.

Decided after having dinner in chinatown to pay a visit to apartment 2 F at 40 Harrison since they are the only chinatown massage parlor still advertising on BP it looks like.

Here's the deal in a nutshell. One of the girls (not Jenna or Lisa) allegedly gave a happy ending to an undercover cop. The business license was yanked. Not sure yet what the next move is for any of the girls. Lisa is gone. Jenna is not working anywhere. It all started because the shop ran a bodywork ad under the "Massage" heading on BP back in December. There is a specific statute against this, even thought the ad only said "bodywork. " This put the shop on police radar. The shop was fined. Then the cops set up the sting.
