Most definitely a cultural thing. You'll be highly unlikely to find an Indian provider here in the US.

Just a quick note to say that Durham LEOs were as thick as thieves last night on Hwy. 55. I don't know what they were doing or if they were looking for someone, but someone saw several cars at the Comfort Inn and the LaQuinta. Of course, it could be unrelated but I thought I would post it. It was around 9 or so.

As often as not the arrest is for other matters, larceny or hard drugs. Sharing such information is good for us all.
