So far it looks like it has only passed the House so the changes aren't actually law yet. That said, it's worth looking at the existing law. The current penalties are already ridiculous such as having your car impounded for up to 60 days.

As with most, feel good, do something, laws, they usually make the situation worse. If they were really interested in ending human trafficking, the would legalize all forms of consensual adult sex. Then the ladies could enjoy the full protection of the law instead of having to fear it.

I still can not understand why it is illegal for 2 consenting adults to engage in an act. I am a libertarian and as long as nobody gets hurt what's the problem?

United states, China, north Korea, and Iran have the Hughes per capita prison populations in the world. We saw how well prohibition worked with alcohol, and after 40 years of the war on drugs there is more dope, better quality and cheaper prices but over a million people rotting in jail making money for the system.

I have been to countries where prostitution is legal, no pimps, no children, no violence.

Our government can export death and destruction arms, bombs, drones around the world and all I want is a good blowjob that I can't get at home and I should go to jail for that?

Thanks Kelly, dammit here's a better idea lawmakers how about dealing with the driveby shootings, home invasions and kids getting gunned down in their schools, I'm kinda surprised lawmakers would approve this law since they keep the DC providers stock full of cash but then again I guess their vote is public record so all their wives / SO's would see if they voted NO and ask them why, hypocrites every one of them.

Unfreak'in believable and it is NOT April 1st. Felony for trying to have consentual fun the third time and getting stung?

And it passed? How many arrests before you get Life or better yet executed? This is ludicrous. I just do not get it, in parts of Nevada and in Canada it is legal.

More reason than ever to stick with the known and trusted Ladies, in fact this will (in a crazy way) help the legit providers like Miss Kelly.
