Oh you better believe its happening. The same happened in my hometown of Atlanta. These developers see how the city of Miami keeps growing and the properties with low income housing is going to start to vanish. I for one would love to invest into some of these properties which are cheap and just let the developers buy me out when they want to start making their moves to build.

The true tell tell sign that they are about to move the people out is when they start the up-grades of the low-income areas telling the people the rent will remain the same and then over-night the properties switch hands. This is how the owners can break the lease they have with the people. This is how they were able to do it in Atlanta. They didn't tell the people to move out, just the fact they couldn't afford the rent.

Now they will have areas that the girls can work at and of course it will be a shady place where the crime rate is off the charts! Just like the Wu Tang Clan said back in the day "CREAM, Cash Rules Every thing Around Me", the dollar is mightier than the needs of the people!

I read reports that authorities are starting to clean up that area in preparation for the possible construction of a park, exercise, and recreational facilities under that maze of overpasses. This is necessary as the real estate development interests begin to eye what is essentially prime real estate in the OT area at currently dirt cheap prices. The gentrification of that area is just a matter of time, so the days of OT as we know it today are numbered. As you all know, it wouldn't be the first time this has happened in our fair Banana Republic LOL.

Late post but I saw about 15-20 cops on bikes (bicycles) on 79th street (west of I-95) late last week. They were eyeballing everyone who passed by so I just left quickly.

I don't know what is going on but that area has been very hot lately and no girls were around. I don't know if anyone else saw this but that was enough to deter me.

I am from the Northeast and post about activities up there. However, I was in SB for business and can tell you the streets are full of BSWs at all hours. One approached me, Vegas-style, and gave me a card for her personal massage service. Active area was on Collins around the Lincoln Road area.

One BSW was very tall and thin, could have been a TS, but was not interested to find out.

I've been working a lot of late hours in SoBe lately. The stroll has been pretty bountiful all shapes and sizes. They tend to flood the street right around the time the clubs are shutting down. All shapes and sizes. I haven't gotten a chance to partake but I'm thinking about taking a stroll tomorrow night / day after tomorrow early morning when I get off. I'll report back. Just to add to this. According to my internal LEO sources (just some "friends", nothing major; we all have friends, even in LE), Uncle's Task Force will intensify efforts through this weekend and into next week, after which the mission will count its spoils. They will need to show good results one way or the other because they are being measured too, not to mention the funding, but we all know they will never win the war. It's the organized crime they're after. This will, of course, drive business underground so BP and Indy will be the way to go. Just remember to keep these hoes honest by mundoing them to their SW levels even if suddenly they appear on the Internet. Monger safe!
