My comment was more towards encouraging newbies to put some effort in this hobby of ours. Don't expect everyone else to do your homework, make your appointment, or even help you unzip your pants.

Agreed. Once again please be aware that Lacy, not Lacey or Lacie is one of the most revered providers in Indy.
