It's called "K Spa". They are not in the same building as Papa Johns Pizza, but in the building right next to it (east side) with the covered parking area under it. The room number is 201, and it is located in the front corner of that building.

They should improve their advertisement, which currently says they're "above Papa John's Pizza parlor". Their current ad also fails to provide a phone number for prospective customers who need help in finding the precise business location (which as I recall isn't easily visible from the street or the parking lot). They've probably lost some business because of the defective ad.
