Your 100% correct! A female LE will never get into your car, that is drilled into their heads by the back up team. They will do everything to get you to incriminate yourself while they stand outside your car. So if you say something like "Do you need a ride? Its cold out there" They will respond with "NO, I am looking to make some money. What are you looking for?

Also be aware that not all states require the 2 requirements be fulfilled in order to lock you up for soliciting. 1) State a Sex Act 2) State a Price.
