Long ago, the various downtown video arcades used to be wild and wonderful. Drugs could be bought and used inside as easily as candy, and sleazy women who wanted cash to buy drugs were readily available inside and outside the arcades, usually for budget prices (the lowest ever in my experience being ten bucks for a BJ). This is the same blonde late last year. Just happened on her one evening on Kukui near the river.
