It seemed to be her, so she might be with a group that allows more independence than others. Traveling with some technical help and protection, perhaps. And some safety in numbers. Conclusion is that she's part of a group of travelers, with handlers who put up the pics for them. There are a few others who just arrived who are likely with her. With no reviews and with all the name and phone number changes and borrowed pics, looks like a waste of time.

Didn't see any reviews on Cindy, so I decided to toftt. Pictures are accurate and recent. $. 5 hhr and $$ for the hr. Nice hotel and clean room. She did keep me waiting when I got to the area.
