Last week on website she was listed as being back Tuesday and I tried to schedule with no luck. Friday got appointment confirmation with address / apartment number. Got to building and needed access code to enter door. There is no call box / phone. I tried to reach her to enter building but no response. Website still says reopening on Friday, 2/20 with limited appointments. I sent email to see what happened and to let her know I still was interested in appointment but no response.
