Oh I have seen here before on Biscayne and 75th as well. I tried to pick her up one night but I was stuck in traffic as well. The time I saw her was on a Wednesday at 6:15 pm so yea rush hour. I think a contributing factor, speaking of the cold, is that the hoes in all areas including OT have been staying indoors, so that made for slim pickins as they say and there's still a horde of hungry mongers out there looking to get fed.
