I used to try this and it is a nightmare. They need their meds as everyone has said. If they don't get them they work you by saying they are sick. If you get the meds up front they run half the time or don't perform because they are high. After all they already have the $. Sometimes they just hide in the bathroom. Loose lips sink ships. Not even from baltimore but I enjoy browsing this board for NT's posts. Anyways we've got the same problem down here in the bay. I think it's a combination of either spite or an attempt to build a stronger rapport with a provider. Either way, I've only seen good come from a monger telling a provider about this board once.
