Usually they hand out those tickets for either raffles in the club that happen every couple of hours or for a free drink. I would suggest asking next time, that way there's no confusion, and you don't miss out on what could have been a winning raffle ticket. Extras aren't anywhere near as easy to come by (pun not intended) since the Cheater's incident a couple of years ago when Prov instituted a one-strike your out policy for prostitution in strip clubs.
