She promised though. I don't think she would have any trouble earning it if she wanted. Contacting someone you never met for that kinda $. Umm yes. I saw a girl for several years a while back, probably put $3,500/ into her at least. She called me up one day wanting to borrow $200 to help pay for her community college semester. I know for a fact she was in school as I helped her pick her classes one semester and helped her a few times with some of the material. Said she had a loan check coming, so I loaned her to the $200. A week later I tried to see her and she said she was sick (most likely true) but never responded after that. Hell I would have given it to her if she ask. Still can't figure out why she did that. So, needless to say, no more loans. Got to put in the work first if they want the $.

Yeah, it also says 'new to dallas', one of the google hits is from 2011, and the other has an extension number. I'm not saying LE wouldn't be stupid enough to use a phone number where they answer "Sheriff's office", it's just that there are too many other strange things about the ad, and seems more like some amateur doing their own, personal sting, hoping that people call the number and hang up, which would surely pique the interest of LE to the point of tracing the call and showing up at someone's place (particularly since one of the phone number hits was requesting info for a missing person). With the aggressive way they've been operating, just calling them could get you arrested. No wonder no one wants to talk to LE.

One thing's for sure, I'm sure as hell not going to be the one to make the call to TOFTT to find out.
