It depends on your personal tastes, but I have a few recommendations based on quality services provided. Bobbi, Daisi, Brandi Fine, or Milfy are your best bets. Milfy is the only one that I know of that will definitely do outcalls. Bobbi and Daisi typically only work during the day.

I understand the want for voice verify but I myself have had the issue of a provider actually texting me asking me if I want to meet. That can be cool but not when I'm sitting on the couch with my wife. So to be on the safe side I use a app called pinger text free and strickly text providers. Issue is 95 percent of them won't reply to text that my friends is their loss. I have money to spend and enjoy the hobby but am not risking my personal life by giving my real number. I had a chick that was 19 near briar creek I met her on craigslist. I just texted when I had the urge usually she took care of me in my truck and on my way I went. It was great no calls no texting me no weird numbers in my phone or on the bill. She moved awayI'm hoping to find that again however I am at the point of believing I won't find that again.
