She sounded very nice on the phone gave me the address and called when I got in the parking lot. She said go to the second floor and call again. There is no way to ask and not risk insulting her in my opinion. I think you need to decide whether to take the risk and go for it, or not. If she doesn't want you to, for health or other reason, she'll let you know. Plain and simple.
