Anyone remember the bar name of this place before it was renamed?

From what I remember it's been cheer station for a while now. Not sure though what temporarly took its spot when they moved to splash's spot.

Some of the girls have day job. So they can have medical and retirement benefit. I know a Pearl City BG work as a hotel room cleaner in the day. Another one work at a retail store in Waikiki. Some of them even quit the bar work if they like the day job so much.

Normally the ones who have other jobs work bar 3-4 nights a week. Yujin mama use to be esthetician and even quit the bar for a bit to do full time. But later business slowed down and she ended up going back to the bar business. For the most part the ones who usually quit are the one who go school and graduate.

I think La Novia is the best right now with Yujin as bartender and her home style cooking it is a combination that can't be beat, besides she is a fine Lady and person.

The guy is about to get wiped-out surfing at Point Panic and is hoping that his girl, Faith, won't go out with Mits after he make'. I vaguely remember this girl at Twilight but could be mistaken. What I remember are empty promises of play in the back table and being ROBbed by a guzzler.

Very conservative, actually IMO too conservative for a somewhat hot working girl whose time I must pay for. Not that I wanted a kiss, but she did act like we just met on a legitimate basis and would not allow an arm around her.

Pleasant personality and nice to chat with, but in a hostess bar that only gets you so far.

Yeh, I brought her one too many drinks, I should have stopped at one. She did allow me to put my arm around her but when I tried to place her hand on my thigh, she didn't like that, too conservative. I did see another petite girl sitting with a customer but didn't get to see her face.

I agree La Novia is the hottest thing going in Kalihi right now. Even more amazing is that they just re-opened with NO advertising or Grand Opening. Just a couple of first rate mamas (Miji and Kelly) who know how to take care of their girls and, more importantly, their customers. Yujin teaming up days Sun to Wed with a cute, friendly, feisty little number with HUGE ChiChi's named Tiffany. Between the food and the view, sitting at the bar there is a beautiful thing!

Just seen a former popular bartender at splash now working at longs, if you guys connect the dots you can pretty much figure out who it is, she looks happier, Still can't get over how tiny she is.

The white girls are part timer. I bought one of the girls a few drinks. Next night I go back she was not there. The one with the tattoos always playing with her phone. I seem customers buy them one or two drinks and the girls move on.

Summit. Saw open booths and bar chairs, so was able to sit, girls all with customers except for 3 or 4. Couple of white girls working.

Talent. Not busy, booths empty, had around 4 girls waiting for customers, tall good looking k-girl wanted a drink but declined.
