I don't think that they paid a $14,749. 80 tax bill to the town of Cary just for shits and giggles. Does it really matter? Probably not. 1st, cops make mistakes, and may not know the exact boundaries of their jurisdiction. Second, Read NCGS 15 A-42. City police can arrest up to 1 mile beyond city limits or anywhere in the state if the suspect could have been arrested in the officer's jurisdiction and the arrest is during the suspects immediate, continuous flight, or based on a felony comitted in the officers jurisdiction. Police departments can also cooperate in joint task forces. There are a lot of scenarios that could have played out consistent with the details we were given. But, since we don't know all the facts, or the law apparently, maybe we shouldn't presume to know it all.

I was once traveling to Charlotte on 85 south and saw Durham cops pulling people over for speeding south of Greensboro just north of Lexington a few miles before that I saw Winston police near archdale apparently there was some joint task force effort going on. I suppose a skeptic would wonder where the state police were.I'm never ruling out anyone's story unless they are constantly bragging on their manhood.

I came across this article today, the main part of the article I want you guys to take note of is the future possibilities of a BP Sting here is an excerpt.
