Well, in the TGTBT department, this ad is rating pretty high.

- Pics are from various ****** and Instagram accounts.

- The one w the great abs is from a trainer named Jen Selter from her site.

- Also one from a famous German photographer Fedor Schmidt.

Well, the pic of the girl with the amazing ass exercising is fitness model Jen Selter. I checked a few more pics but got no hits from TinEye. So she has at least one fake pic, but the others might be real.
