You're right. He was cleared of criminal charges and got to keep his job. I think these days it's even more prevalent to be guilty before proven innocent and unfortunately for him and his choices it's right on the brink of the NCAA tourney which is probably the highlight of his year. Probably an easy firing for CBS, just wonder if Billy Packer would've been canned for the same offense? Just sayin!
