QV can be the low-grade experience you'd expect, but I often choose it for a couple of reasons.

Unlike some people here, my time is limited and I'm not interested in hanging out, socializing or have a glass of wine with a provider. I agree with you P.S. Too many times you book a HH and it turns into a QV and also you don't get the services promised.
