So I hit the W / W loop in the morning before heading to work. On my way there I had decided I only wanted to see either Dallas or Nikki. Almost immediately, I see Dallas, staring at her cell as usual. Go around the corner and lo and behold, there is Nikki, who gives me a wave. Hmm, most of the time it is Fuglyville and today the two I wanted to see are both out. Since I sleep next to someone nightly who looks like Dallas, I decided to pick up Nikki. That being said, the best course of action regarding ED would be the same diet, exercise and behavioral changes one would make to prevent or recover from a heart attack.

A vegetarian diet, low in fat and high in dark leafy greens in particular would be very effective. At least one serving of dark leafy greens daily (spinach, kale, chard, turnip / mustard greens, cress, etc.), chewed very thoroughly, create NOx naturally in the bloodstream and serve as a natural vaso-dilator.

Had a few minutes to spare, and decided to see who was out. I got the eye & wave from a brunette, about 5'5 and kindof cute.
