Several things here. First off always record police. Also, whenever asked a question always reply with "I'm sorry but I don't answer questions and I don't consent to searches. " Cops are looking for you to incriminate yourself. If they had enough to arrest you they would. You are under no obligation to help them.

Second they had no probable cause to pull you over. A good lawyer could argue that all day long. So, anything that happens after the stop is invalid. They also had no cause to search your phone. If you give consent they can but can't unless you give consent. Always repeat "I don't consent to searches". At least it'll give a lawyer something to argue.

Lastly file a complaint and sue for civil rights violations.

I happened to see Amber last week on Fulton. Didn't even recognize her until she got very close and I saw the tattoo by her eye. I had a dream I was out last Thursday night looking for a friend. I stopped at the BP on Conkling to ask a few girls if they knew where she was and the tall brunette said she knew her. I said I was going to keep looking around but would stop back by if I needed her help. I few laps later I see the brunette walk up by pratt street and decided to pull over and request her assistance. She gets in and says she hasn't seen her around for a few days but we can discuss where she might be at while we check out the notels. I knew she wasn't uncle LEO so we headed straight out 40. Suddenly red & Blues pop up behind me when we were well out of the city and within sight of the el rich. It was uncle LEO from the city. They were well outside city limits and as you know they separate us playing good cop bad cop. I got the bad cop who is insulting me left and right, telling me to tell the truth so only one of us has to go to jail. Yada yada yada. I know my rights so I stick to the TRUTH I am looking for my friend, she said she knew her and could help me out. Cop starts telling me to stop yelling and didn't believe I am hard of hearing due to my job. Then he starts threatening me saying he can arrest me and charge / do whatever he wants because who is the judge going to believe me or him and even threatened to plant shit on me. I stick to the TRUTH. The officer then takes my phone (I don't use a burner) and after accusing me of having a phone full of working girls numbers and drug dealers copies my entire call log and contact list and hands it back. They arrest the girl on open warrents and let me go telling me not to be seen in highlandtown again but only after taking pictures of me, my license and tags as well. I was looking for my friend because she jumped bail on me and has 2 more cases pending I posted bail on. Don't I have the right to assist the bail bondsman in finding my friend? Don't I have a constitutional right to be anywhere I choose on American soil as long as I am not commiting a crime? I just said yes sir and got out of there. Went to work the next morning and I get pulled into the office to listen to a message left on my bosses voicemail. The officer does not give his name but says he pulled me over last night with a known working girl and let me go but if I am associating with a known working girl then I am probably into drugs to either heroin or cocaine and should be tested. Little did the guy know I have been clean since 2004. My boss was not happy and sent me to pee Friday. Not a big deal I passed with flying colors. I guess some of the worst criminals in the city also carry a badge and a gun. I contacted my lawyer Friday who called eastern precinct to inquire why this officer herrassed me so. They told him if he wanted to make a formal complaint we had to come down personally to file one but I am sure he heard about the phone call. At least the call is on file. What a dream eh? More like Nightmare.

Its a nitric oxide pre-workout powder. It will put a S for "Super" on your chest. This suff works. Stumbled upon it by accident. I used it instead of drinking a Red Bull one night and the results were off the meters. I knew something was different but I couldn't put my finger on it, until I tried it again, and the same results. Outstanding. Walmart, Amazon carrys it and I'm sure your GNC does as well.
