While it is true that LEO can be a prick and arrest you if you show up just to make life difficult for you I can tell you that from my numerous experiences with a LEO encounter (stings), I have not had this issue. I don't know if there is some internal department policy that forbids them from making these types of arrests but one cannot rule it out. I have had probably more than 5 encounters and as long as I stuck to the script that I described, I have never gotten a solicitation charge. The significance of why it's important to not mention $ and sex in the conversation via text, on phone, or in person is so you don't give them ANY evidence against you. Many people are arrested falsely in this country but the burden of proof is on the prosecutor to prove that they have some record or proof of you discussing $ and sex in the same conversation. Hopefully you have a great defense lawyer who will be able to squash LEO's case immediately. I always say even if they do take you down, as long as they don't have proof that you broke the law, truly there is nothing they will be able to do to you other than cause you the inconvenience of clearing your name by hiring an attorney. Man, I can tell you some experiences!

Here is one good one:

I went to see this young lady around the south side area some time ago. Once I got to room, I asked if I could look around to which she allowed. The hotel looked lived in so it gave the illusion that she was traveling. She sat me down and started asking me many straightforward and blatant sexual questions. I told her the only thing she can do for me is dance in bikini and all I want to do is watch. Kind of like you're in a strip club. I knew that whatever can be legally done in a strip club, I could do legally in the room BUT I told her she cannot touch me and I won't touch her. She said to me, "Let me make this perfectly clear, you did say over the phone that you were interested in full services?" I paused and told her that she was mistaken and that I never said such a thing. I tried to say these things loud enough to get them recorded so the judge could hear. When she wouldn't agree to non-sexual contact, I asked her if she would just go to lunch with me and I'd pay for it (I wasn't going to but just wanted to see what she'd say). She declined and basically hurried me out of the room citing her services were for full service only. When I went back to my car, some hippy looking guy comes walking down the parking lot with dark shades and I couldn't see his eyes but what he was doing was calling in my license plate tag to see if I had any warrants- which I didn't. One week later I get a letter from LEO with my license tag number on it telling me that they noticed my car was in an area of high crime. Of course they were hoping someone else at my home would get the letter before me! Similar experiences have happened to me in Jax and I escaped every time. Why? Because the script I use always work. Once you know the law and use it wisely, you have the advantage.

And while it may not always work, ask for an NTA, which is really a summons, not an arrest.

Totally agree Blaster, just got back from visiting with Rikki and it was great! Very accommodating on a short notice call up. Let me know she was waiting for a regular but suspected he was not going to show. As I made my way over there, she kept me updated and the timing worked out perfectly.
