New to the are what are the best times to be out for the different areas. I grab the maps and went out on New Years eve about 9 PM cruised the different areas until about 3 AM. Downtown was absolutely a nightmare. The rest of the areas I saw 1 potential in the Conkin area. Do not know if I was out the wrong time or if it was jut New Years.
