Happy new year! First time poster here. I agree about accuracy and timeliness. There are a lot of fake reports just to maintain VIP status. I lost VIP status there a long time ago but when I was there a lot I would take reviews like judging figure skating. Throw out the high and throw out the low and average out the remaining scores. That usually got a pretty good representation. And as you said their is no provision for MP reviews due to the "review rules" which insist on therapist names matching the ad. So I was communicating with a provider earlier and I was trying to negotiate a donation for the college fund. I was told by this provider that they won't do anything for less than a certain amount.
