We finally got around to meeting, she can sometimes host in Billerica, otherwise it's a car date, I wasn't happy about the location chosen.

Two things, EBT cards refilled and crazy checks come out New Years Eve. Cruised New Years Eve after closing time only amateur out. Wait a day or two and the money will run out then things will return to normal.

Ran into Mariah nice body long curly brown hair pretty girl great head game and a pleasant conversation BBBJTCIM. 6.

I'm pretty sure I bummed into her last weekend on Westford & Gate streets, would've jumped on her but I had just dropped some one off. We spoke briefly & hopefully we'll connect soon if she stays around.

Deanna's been around & so has red Nikki but haven't head from her lately.

Lynn says she is moving back to Maine, if true I wish her the best.

Seen some others out & about & noticed Jennifer is back with hubby Shawn, looks like she is hobbling around & they were both wacked out of their minds Sunday walking or trying to walk on Gorham by Towers news.

Took a ride down westford after 1 p, saw chrissy (skinny, brown hair, cheek piercing, bad teeth) and another girl (dark hair, short, blue jacket) around the shops, passed on.

Both. Then saw another girl just past walker st with a guy, she separated from him to give the look, I forget her name but I've seen her once, decent CBJ but wasn't too I.

Nterested today (wicked skinny, boney ass, bad teeth, lotta makeup). Only saw one LEO on school st.

Even if they don't have a specialized database specifically for mongers, I'm sure they make mental notes and they record observations of "suspicious activity". If you cruise a track often enough you start to recognize the cops assigned to it. Their job is to patrol and observe, so they're certainly going to recognize you if you're a frequent visitor. If I can pick out the mongers when I drive thru certain areas, I'm sure they can too.

Don't forget about the undercovers.

Awhile ago I posted that I have details about undercover vehicles used by the LPD, make, model, & license plate numbers, only one person was interested enough to ask for details.

It happened that recently I picked up someone & was driving on Stedman street, they informed & showed me where LPD has a undercover detective unit along with the undercover vehicles they use.

They also showed me where the new location of the Lowell drug treatment dispensary is off of Stedman street.

I went back & confirmed three vehicles (SUVs) were in fact there along with two other cars that I recognized & those are undercover vehicles.

If you have time check it out yourself, they are parked at 209 Stedman street next door to Goodies Pizza.

I cruised the scene about 1 pm. Nothing was happening, then by the bar on Westford just past School, I spied Nikki the red. She looked good, but was playing weird. I circled a few times and she noticed me. Kept hoping she'd meet on a side street, but she seemed dead set on being picked up in front of the businesses on Westford, so. I passed.
