Though not a politically correct viewpoint, some of these girls have a "no black men" policy because they have had bad experiences with them. My research about these providers that have this " no blacks" policy shows that many, maybe even most, have black street punk handlers (I hate the word, pimp. Almost makes them sound big). Also, many of them used to see blacks before suddenly adopting that policy. HoHunter is right: they have this (erroneous) belief that they can get more money from white mongers. I say erroneous because if all mongers are disciplined and never overpay, it would not matter if one is white or black. That's like a convenience store owner deciding to sell only to whites because he figures he can raise the price of his soda from $1 to $2.
