After comparing notes with collegue Dr. James1180, we've concluded it must be a medical issue and not drug related. She does this spastic little thing where she puckers up her lips and her mouth moves from side to side. Also her jaw muscles seem to tense up and makes a few funny faces. Not a big deal, I didn't think she was a substance abuser but I've seen something similar with cokeheads. But with the cokeheads it's more of a loose jaw thing and not the lips and mouth. My bad and I probably shouldn't have mentioned because I don't want to hurt her business because she was sweet. Be safe.

In one of her pages she mentions an accident or medical issue. I can't remember which. The behavior you mention was the only indication I could see. If she didn't talk for an hour most people probably wouldn't even notice.

I feel you. The fantasy is always there with BBFS but I may have brought it to a new level when I did my Thailand trip 5 years ago and learned my lesson about BBFS. I must have BB about 12-15 different women and how the hell I didn't get anything is beyond me looking back. When I came back got the states I felt like I had to have caught something and my phobia was taking over and thought I had an irritation in my groan area. Needless to say 1 year later and having the shame to tell my stories to 5 different doctors because I did not believe the blood test and examines I was clean and did not catch anything.
