Aren't LEO common in any area with a large number of inexpensive motels?

Hi, new to the forums but not new to the hobby. However, there's always one place that my instincts tell me to be wary of. It's the 14/75 location, and subsequently any area in Madison Hts. Close by to it.

I'm wary because most of the BP ads for the 14/75 location look relatively the same. Like they were made and written by the same one or two people. And there are so many ads that have that same location written the same way (14/75 instead of 14 and Stephenson or 14 and John are, etc.).

I think of two things every time I see that location. It's a pimp headquarters or Uncle LEO lives there. Both are deterrents for me. Uncle LEO for obvious reasons but I also don't want no ratchet pimp's property as I prefer independents. I know there are a few seedy motels like RoofRed Inn in that area, which I would think serves as a good base of operations for both pimp or Uncle LEO.

Can anyone definitively confirm my suspicions? Or am I being paranoid? FYI yes I did RTFF at least by way of search and nothing came up.

Just passing this on. A friend told me when he went to dine, the clams smelled foul!! So bad he walked out of the restaurant. I have no experience but if true glad I found out beforehand. Which leads to the question if a BP provider has a steady stream of customers why would they change their name?

Took the plunge to see this one and it was a huge mistake. I like a spinner and she kinda reminded me of Pensatucky on orange is the new black so I way why not take the SS for a spin. Thanks for the post!! I feel lucky now that she did not return my text a while back, AFTER I asked about her on here and people responded favorably. Red flags galore and sketchy behavior you described from the get go with demanding pymt up front and then running it to someone. Definitely not someone I would want to trust my safety and well being with.

Fortunately, most seem to be honest posters just helping one another and I salute you. Good luck and be careful with which posters you trust. More posts does not always equal reliable posters. Peace!
