I see this WSW walking the Ave, usually in the 5 am vicinity, on the stretch between Andrew and the Hess. She's got dark hair pulled back in a pony tail, black yoga / athletic style pants, and a light colored fleece top of some sort. She's never smoking a cigarette which surprises me. Sooo. Who is she? Cruised from 12:45 - 2:15 am and not a single girl out. I saw three fellow monger cars, all of them being general idiots by going like 5 mph as they passed the 3 dudes in hoodies just minding their own business. Seriously, look 100-200 ft ahead and go at least 30 mph to avoid interest!

There was 1 unmarked, 2 normal, 1 wagon LEO but all of them were transient mostly with lights coming on and them hightailing it out as their attention was needed elsewhere.
