I'd pass. I went once. She was super flaky. First attempt ended up being a strike out, second try I actually got there, but she's just weird. Also much older than the pic.

What does this even mean? This place got raided. One of the girls offered services for money to an undercover pig. Hopefully some of the girls resurface elsewhere.

A friend told me, the police arrived.
I don't think so we know more about them.

I had an appointment with her last May. Got to her apartment, she did not answer her phone after repeated attempts and then she told me she overslept, give her 15 minutes and an hour later I was still waiting. I finally walked away, emailed her but never heard back. I won't repeat.

Posts: 229So far, the courts have only interpreted it to apply to audio recordings and video which also captures audio. Consent does not only mean an express assent to the recording, but can be found where the recorded party has knowledge or is on notice of the recording. So, if you see a camera or an audio recorder, you can be held to have consented to its use if you don't take some step to avoid being recorded. Even if you protest, if you continue to talk, you have impliedly consented. As for video surveillance at the establishment in question, it will only be illegal if (a) it captured audio; (b) the customers didn't know about the cameras. This last part will be determined by the whether the cameras were visible or there were signs putting customers on notice. Hopefully these were hidden cameras with audio. Should be cake to keep the footage from being admitted into evidence at trial. Here's hoping ArchersTarget only learned of the cameras after the fact. Either way, it wouldn't hurt to consult with a criminal defense attorney. Many attorneys do free initial consultations.

Posts: 83I wouldn't worrie too much I mean if she had like copy your I'd or put the I'd in front of the camera so it can clearly see your info.
So in public your not allowed to video tape unless theres a sign stating that video recording are in use, somtimes the law can be confusing of how they worded things.
I would just wait and see if you might get a call from the LEO to attend to court or somthing.

Posts: 17Never take your ID. Or wallet for that matter in to an establishment. I do not take my phone or wallet. I only take the set amount of funds I want to spend on the day. This way later, when the little head is doing the thinking I'm not tempted to fall for their up-sell be. S; after them telling you one price then wanting another, or the goods are so good you want more then you. Came. For and end up spending to much.

Also, these ladies are #1 pro at going thru your stuff in Spa's with t. S. Or sauna's and you could possibly and probably will be out of site of your wallet, CC, money etc. You might not even notice your phone is missing until your back at your car then what are you going to do? Call LE with your DNA hanging out? Or if they do come running out to bring your phone back (you must have dropped it) then a few days or weeks later your home phone rings and its you don't want to know who, what's if its not you who answers the home phone? Better safe than sorry is all I'm saying!!
Peace.

I didn't know about the video until after the bust and the only way you were getting through the door is to give your I. The. Trust me I learned my lesson. Now I'm just waiting to see what happens. They don't know if they are going after the clients but they did in the Zumba case in Maine. I'm shitting bricks right now.

At spas never show them you IDs except for senior discounts and you can always cover up name and etc. First of all is there a sign stating that sessions are being video? You may have a case as to invasion of your privacy for her secretly video taping you and others without concent. Is there audio also? If so all evidence cannot be used in court.

I wish I could help you, but I'm baffled. Why would you show her your license? Did you know she was videoing the session?
