Outcall to your hotel room is the safest in my opinion, but also the most expensive (you're paying outcall rates, plus the hotel cost). You never know what you're walking into with incalls. Even if you know the girl, you don't know how much traffic she has (or what kind of traffic) and who may be watching. If you go for the higher end well reviewed girls, it's very unlikely you'd have any future issues if you did have them come to your place. You're probably paying just as much as you would for a BP girl plus the hotel anyway, but you'll likely get a better experience (though not necessarily). But there's no way I'd have your typical CL or BP girl (ie overpriced SW's with internet access) over to my place.

Either way you're taking a chance, but for my money, I would never invite an escort to my house. As you stated, now she knows your layout. Chances are you'll not have a problem, but it will be on your mind for a long time.
