It is fixed with a telescoping boom that does have a camera and can see quite a long distance away. It also has many flood lights, emergency lights, sirens, etc.

The bus stop, the alley next to citgo and the two stores across the street have been made hot by the dumb ass hoods. They just don't understand that a main street like the ave. Isn't good for that kind of open face buisness. To many people commute to work on that route and its already well known because of SW traffic.

I have successfully paid before services only if we are very far from her home turf (maybe in Elkridge for a W/W hooker). Some of the best streetwalkers insist on payment up front from a first timer (example: Summer from the circle).
