I am glad someone brought this up. My ex worked at a chain hotel while in school for her undergrad. From the discussions we had it varies by hotel in how they do things. One place she worked at the manager was basically like they are paying customers who rent our rooms and you are to turn a blind eye to it. When she was at the one in another town. The attitude was totally different and the manager was constantly telling them to watch for this and watch for that and notify her if they saw anything on the list. The list was basically high foot traffic. A lot of requests to housekeeping most of the staff didn't really care about it. I would say anything longer than a week would put you on the radar screen especially the mid size places I think another huge factor is how active a roll the town plays in dealing with the hotels.

A few points to remember they have been in the Natick area for over 2 month and they tend to stay in the same hotel for close to 3 weeks, which gets me worried.

Now here's my experience with them. I made an Appointment a few days ago at that Natick Hotel you mentioned. As I got on the elevator after I was texted the room # another guy got on too. We both got off the same floor and as I was waliking ahead of him I noticed 2 cleaning carts a few doors ahead. I decided to keep walking and sure enough he Got in the room I was told to go. I kept walking and Just left ASAP. They do have a central booker but Give me a Fuckin break they text 2 men for the same time.

That really sucks I experienced that in the past too. You handled the situation with exceptional poise.

Appreciate the feedback to the forum. I must admit I was in that general area and other than a quick RTF check I really wasn't watching the trend of how long the Natick (or there other locations) had been advertising. I certainly notice the local town BP incall ads at hotel / motel and track the "turnover" of passing through providers / their ads. Our metro west area members probably do have an excellent sense of the local ad trends.

I would be curious what a hotel / motel front desk staff / manager's "take" on how they gauge transient foot traffic between guests, function rooms, dining etc. I wonder if the hotel in Natick must have security cameras on the back door entrance / elevator that would notice a ton of transient activity coming / going.

Kimi the young lady I saw, said she was leaving Friday or Saturday. She told me she didn't know where she would be next stop.

It seems 2-3 weeks in one locale would be pushing your luck in terms of either pissing off the hotel staff and getting LE attention.

But I guess if the room is rented that's the bottom line?
