Robin's reemergence on Backpage has caused several to question what's going on, given the health rumors surrounding her at the beginning of the year. I have a bit of insight, as I had lunch recently with Robin and another Senior who has been her good friend. We discussed the best way to reintroduce her to the board, and this long ramble is the result.

1. First, the allegations way back then:

Many of us got PM's or texts from "Robin" saying that she had a brush with her uncle, had been tested, and was found to have multiple contagions including the scariest one. Word spread like wildfire, since the timing of the news came in the wake of similar reports about a body rub provider who had developed a sudden liking for surprise BBFS.

What I now know for a fact is that Robin was still at her uncle's when these messages were sent. She stayed with her uncle non-stop until early September.

I know that her phone was left with a close confidant, who appeared to be displeased with her choice of livelihood. I suspect that the same person had her USASG credentials. I have personally met this guy and was scammed out of a small amount of cash, allegedly to bail Robin out. However, it was a lie; no bail had been set.

I suspect that this person was the source of the health allegations, in an attempt to poison the well and force Robin to change careers.

2. What I've been told recently:

Robin says that her uncle had her tested for multiple infectious diseases, twice, and got all-clean results both times. But they did not give her the printed results, so I have not seen any documents verifying her story.

At lunch, Robin, the other Senior, and I agreed that she should get tested again and show us the result; then I would post this message and announce the all-clear.

But, to my knowledge she hasn't been retested yet; she started advertising anyway.

3. Conclusion:

I don't yet have enough info to determine whether it's safe to meet Robin. Maybe she will get tested and I will be able to share the good news.

Thanks to the perseverance of a Senior here, Robin got a clean bill of health yesterday. He took her in for testing and emailed me a scan of the results, dated 10-20-2014. Results for HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia were all negative (clean).

Sounds like somebody ran off with her phone, so I don't think the digits in her ad work any more. If I get any contact info I'll post.

This probably belongs in the Rants section, but here goes: I would be really hesitant to call anybody a BP or Craigslist killer. Does advertising make it convenient for a misogynistic psycho? Yes. But this creep's behavior is suspected to predate online companionship ads.

In my opinion the hobby is about satisfying basic human needs. The unfortunate criminalization of normal pleasures allows violent offenders to flourish, as providers quickly learn that LEO is an enemy, not a protector of their safety. Further, the deliberate stigmatization of providers and their livelihoods causes countless assaults, rapes and robberies to go unreported.

I understand that LEO doesn't write the laws, that it's only charged with enforcement. The more realistic officers see providers as human beings, not scum. But the overall system puts far too many in harm's way needlessly.

I'm at Michelle this afternoon she's really sweet pictures match and she has this very cute pixie haircut. Her incall was at a very nice hotel and felt very safe. She is very easy to talk to very upfront. Everything was coveredand while we only had time to go once I had a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely repeat.

Ok, so that aside, I went to Royal in Smyrna the other day; same decent service, same lady there. Seniors PM for detail.

Question: what happened to Eve? ATF body rub for sure. Nobody else close in my opinion. She just evaporated; I tried texting a few times really just to check in on her but no response. Anyone talked to her? I miss seeing here but mostly I hope she'd ok. Really didn't seem like she'd be disappearing when I saw her last.
